Kelli is an IBNFC Certified Nutrition coach educating her clients on the importance of stabilizing the blood sugar to create balance in the body. Her journey in this industry began over 10 years ago with her own personal success story. Kelli weighed her heaviest at 288 pounds and decided to implement changes within her own life. Her greatest success was dropping 140 pounds and competing with the NANBF in the bodybuilding and figure categories (2007, 2008). In the fall of 2008, she went on to compete in the Flex Bikini Model search at the 2008 Mr. Olympia.
Kelli has not only authored her own book, ‘The Phat Chick, Now I Eat to Live and Don’t Live to Eat,’ but she has also been featured in Oxygen Magazine, H2O Magazine, Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine, along with being named “Transformation of the Week” on bodybuilding.com (January 2012). She has also been the spokesmodel for Egg Whites International, appearing in their advertisement and print work. Most recently Kelli has been featured on CNN HLN in segments on Yo-Yo dieting, along with sharing her own personal story.
Kelli’s client list ranges from five years old to 80 years young, including all different demographics, professions, and walks of life. Her philosophy is to build a strong foundation in your body by getting your internal health to work in balance. When you do this the possibilities are endless to where you can take your health. Kelli claims, “I have become so passionate about Nutrition and watching many lives completely transform just by implementing a little education. This has virtually become the bullseye of my practice. My purpose, my passion is to leave a footprint on each and every life that God places before me.”
